I am so happy with my stay at walnut riverside resort, everything was perfect!!!From giant bedroom windows containing whole valley's view inside these, heating mattresses, all time hot water in washrooms, beautiful shower area to all the royal interior embedded in that room 🤩🤩 I felt like a Queen while staying in queen's room.Big Thanks to all very cooperative staff ♥️✨

I recently stayed at Walnut Riverside Resort and it was truly exceptional. The view from the resort was outstanding—without a doubt, the best in the entire valley. I had a river-view room, and the sight of the snow-capped mountain peaks with the river flowing right in front of me was simply breathtaking.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during Ramadan. They provided a complete Sehri breakfast in the early mornings and a lovely Iftar in the evenings, making me feel very welcome.My room was spotless, and the furnishings were elegant and luxurious. I especially appreciated the heated blanket under the mattress that kept me warm throughout my stay.Overall, my experience at Walnut Riverside Resort was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious retreat in one of Naran Kaghan’s most beautiful settings.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The posh furniture and real leather rugs exuded luxury, while the high-end furniture ensured comfort. The modern washrooms were pristine and well-appointed. Best of all, the scenic river view from my room was stunning. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway!

Another name for serenity is definitely Kaghan valley and another name for home away from home is Walnut cottages. Surrounded by snow capped peaks, rustic life, mighty Kunhar river and lush green forest, Walnut cottages offer a retreat from the busy city life to squeamish people like myself; ones who want the ease of city life even in the midst of the remotest mighty mountains. Relishing Chinese cuisine, Shuksuka and Turkish omelette in the falling rain adds further romance to the breathtaking weather, views and scenery. Enjoying a hot water bath after a hectic drive or hike adds another layer of comfort to the already soothing atmosphere making you feel at home 🏡The owners are extremely accommodating and their cook actually knows how to make food palatable and delectable for the city people like us. I am certain you will enjoy your stay at this place like I did with my family. Relaxing on the crisp white sheets and sipping tea or looking aimlessly at the snowy mountains in the middle of June was what I did in these last two days

It is located on the main road to Naraan which makes it a great stop over for those who plan to go to Naraan or further ahead. The villa is very home like, clean and cozy overlooking the river. Rates are very cheap. They dont have a restaurant but they do arrange food for the guests from the market. We went to Marco polo restaurant which is very near. They have a big kitchen with utensils that can be used for self cooking. I think it a great place to stop for a few days in Kaghan.

Overall the property is in good shape, the owners are nice. However, safety and security measures should be tightened especially the safety grills, door locks and window blinds. Hot water during winters is an issue. Iron fencing must be ensured especially for the room facing main road. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. If the considerations are being addressed, this truly is a recommended place to stay and enjoy serenity of river kunhar
